BBQ NOTES

STAFFING

Our pricing does not include staff. Number of staff will depend on number of people attending the BBQ. Staff will be billed at $125 per person.

 PACKAGE PRICE

75 person minimum - smaller events can be accommodated. Please call. Paper products, serving utensils and serving equipment are included in price.

 RENTALS

LJ's will order the rentals and bill you the quote from the rental company. Any additional charges are the clients responsibility.

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

48 hours prior to event date is required to cancel your party without a penalty. Less than 48 hours notice you will be charged $100.00 for each service person, the total bill for rentals and 50% of food package total. Less than 24 hour notice you will be charged $100.00 for each service person, the total rental bill and food bill.

Prices do not include sales tax or 10% service charge for deliveries. There may be an additional delivery charge for orders less then $100 or off hour requests.
